The CR-180 scans up to 180 double-sided checks per minute, reading the MICR characters simultaneously using a built-in magnetic head and optical character recognition (OCR) software. The Canon DR-2050SP is a sheet-fed scanner that incorporates DR-2050C scanner’s streamlined desktop design. The DR-2050SP model scans letter-size documents in black-and-white or grayscale at speeds of up to 20 (simplex) ppm and 40i (duplex) images-per-minute (ipm) and 24-bit color at up to 10 (simplex) ppm 20ii (duplex) ipm. When the Canon DR-2050SP is connected directly to a projector via a VGA cable, this scanner allows users to project images onto a screen of hardcopy scanned documents, data from a USB memory drive or even images captured from an IrDA Infrared including images from mobile devices like PDAs, and cell phones.
