The Basic service plan upgrades your standard 3-month on-site standard Limited Warranty on certain models to a full 12 months of on-site service.
Includes:
- Includes all spare parts, labor and travel for service of verified hardware failureMinimizes downtime and maximizes productivity with responsive next day on-site services
- Priority service on selected models – see spec sheet for details
- Unlike ScanCare, Basic service does not include preventive maintenance visits, consumable kits or user training

Basic Plus
Basic Plus offers the same benefits as Basic however the Plus plan is designed for on-site coverage in the post-warranty period. Basic Plus can be ordered in single or multiple 12- month increments.
