Advanced Exchange provides next business day advanced replacements on malfunctioning scanners. It’s an ideal choice for smaller scanners when other service plans are not available or cost effective. .
How it works
Once the Fujitsu technical assistance center determines that the hardware must be replaced, the order is secured with a credit card and a replacement unit is shipped directly to the customer’s location. Once the replacement unit arrives, the customer uses the packaging to ship the failed scanner back.
