Kodak Warranty is an On-Site Warranty Service
· Onsite service, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
· Extended Warranty extends the original manufacturer’s warranty to 1, 2 or 3 years
· Post Warranty adds on an additional Year of coverage to existing warranty
· Unless otherwise stated Service Agreements include 1 Preventative Maintenance Visit per Year
· Service Agreement does not cover consumables items
· 4 Hr response time if within 100 miles of a service city
· Next Business Day response if greater than 100 miles
The KODAK Care Kit is a service agreement in a convenient package. It includes information concerning your coverage and phone numbers for support. It's also a handy place to store related receipts and paperwork so you can always find them.
