Eliminating paper archives can bear many benefits. If you are intent on scanning to a folder or archive, we will help you to understand what the costs will be. It’s important to provide us with some vital information for a high level estimate. At a minimum, we need you to provide some of the following information:
- Volume – Try to quantify the amount of paper you have in terms of filing cabinets, boxes or total pages
- Document Types – How many different document types do you have in your archive?
- Indexing – How do you want the documents tagged with Meta Data
- Any Special Requirements – Are all your document standard sizes? Are there are documents larger than 11×17 inches? Do you have other types of archive media such as microfilm, microfiche, bound books, or aperture cars?
